For our client, one of the most recognisable banking brands worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Manager with excellent understanding of QA processes, good coordination skills and knowhow of CMMI standards for a new six month contract in Zurich.
Quality Assurance Manager, CMMI, Banking (Contract, Zurich )
Steering and Control
- Monitors the progress at Stream and Project level on a monthly basis
- Monitors the resource requirements at Testing Horizontal and Work stream level
- Monitors the IT Budget at Stream and Project level
- Monitors that program wide standards (eg naming conventions, document management, look and feel) are adhered to
- Performs Risk Management and hosts risk management meetings at work stream level
- Implements measurements for successful progress control on all levels
- Verifies effort reporting including verification against work progress
- Editorial lead for communications to stakeholders (eg Newsletter)
- Ensures that all IT RRP CH Program specific standards are met
Reporting
- Ensures a streamlined reporting on all reporting levels (status reports, PSR, Issue & Risks, consolidated program reporting, etc.)
- Ensures that all information must be reported only once by the respective responsible.
Planning
- Implements, consolidates and maintains a Roadmap on Stream and Program level
- Implements, consolidates and maintains a Major Milestone Plan on Stream and Program level
- Implements and maintains a Communication Plan
- Hosts planning workshops on Stream and Program level
- Participates in planning workshops on Program, Stream and Project level
- Performs budget planning and budget controlling in IT Plan on Program and Stream Level
Administration
- Arranges meetings and workshops
- Prepares and maintains work stream documentation (eg Information Package, Program Roadmap etc.)
- Takes minutes of meeting and workshops at program level
- Prepares status reports (eg PSR, Program, Platinum reporting, STC, etc.)
- Manage contracts for external workforce on work stream level
- Maintain work stream SharePoint
- Owner of work stream mailbox
Support
- Advise, coach, guide and support additional PMOs on work stream level
In order to be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Good experience in QA or unofficially as a PMO
- Deep knowledge of CMMI processes (particularly PRB and SDLC+)
- Sound MS-Project and ARIS experience
- Track record in in coordinating global workstreams and creating budgets
- Experience working in the finance industry
- Fluency in English (German nice to have)
