For a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for a Quality Manager (Information & Governance Management - implementation) for a contracting role in Basel (Switzerland) starting preferably August 20th. You will be a part of the IT Quality Management and Validation Team (IT QM).
Role purpose/main tasks:
Review processes and deliverables of the application life cycle according compliance with the IGM Manual Verify the existing of all CSV relevant documents for PHQA IM services and take appropriate mitigation actions Review key documents regarding compliance with IGM Manual Conduct quality reviews to evaluate if processes and deliverables fulfil the requirements for quality and customer satisfaction to uncover errors or deficiencies Define project relevant procedures Support the design and delivery of training in quality matters Service Management: improve service delivery process according to the IGM Manual and set the process so the documents are created as a part of the process. Required skills and relevant experience:
Conceptual: propose an IGM implementation plan and align with Audit Readiness initiative; execute IGM implementation as part of Audit Readiness initiative Operational: support PHQA IM team members, optimize training and understanding of IGM Manual within the team Organizational: be coach and motivate PHQA IM members to follow the IGM Manual; be team player - energizing the team towards improvements and facilitate conflicting opinions, be able to work in a complex and demanding environment. minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Manager, preferably 4+ years expected fluent English is mandatory (other languages are nice to have).
