CO/PS consultant for an Internal Project (for IT and departmental controlling, so we would like to implement PS for overhead controlling, in all IT departments (piloting SAP CC) and usage of PS, CATS and Purchase Orders.
English mandatory
The tasks are:
- Structuring our projects with us; set up PS template projects; define best (future) practice of WBS element handling
- Set up networks and activities
- Set up Activity price calculation
- CATS integration, including HR ALE link
- CATS integration for externals
- Handling of external consultants in our department: Service entry sheet (MM knowledge) or activity calculation
- Documentation of processes and user guides
There is about 40 days of work. Time can be arranged (part time, full time)
