On behalf of our client, an international leading pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are currently seeking an experienced System Engineer. The job will be in Basel and is a full time contract position, starting ASAP for a year with option to extend.
In this challenging role you will define, optimize and standardise the workplace services architecture. Furthermore you will have to troubleshoot client installation issues (3rd level) with SCCM Technologies. In addition you will support the planning and driving of the implementation of new workstations, ensure that several parameters are satisfied, solution finding of shortcomings and supporting the Architecture team in evaluating new technological developments.
For this interesting position you need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Excellent experience in System Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of SCCM Technologies
- Extensive knowledge of Windows XP + 7
- Well founded experience in system design
- Strong skills in IT Infrastructure, testing and documentation
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company would be a big plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
