Our client is currently looking for a Training and Learning Specialist for a major training initiative in Switzerland.
You will be responsible for providing training solutions to meet functional business requirements and offering guidance to business managers on training methodology.
You will conduct learning analyses, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of training and learning tools and technology including andragogical (adult learning) methodology, expertise and use of technology.
Working with global and regional managers, you will define local training needs and ensure that training programmes have been applied and effective in the markets as well as ensuring the quality and compliance of external content providers.
The successful candidate will be able to gain insight into functional and technical requirements of training needs, manage stakeholder, ensure the successful implementation and follow-up of training programmes as well as the sharing and communication of the training plan across regional and global management.
