On behalf of our client, an international company from pharmaceutical industry based in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager for a contract till the end of September 2012 with an option to extend.
In this challenging role you will lead a large-scale organizational change program. You will create and implement change management plans and will focus on the people side of change.
You will participate in a very exciting project and will have great chances to gain valuable international experience!
Your profile:
- 15 + years of experience in IT Project/Program Management
- Strong experience in leading large-scale organizational change programs
- Good knowledge of Project Management tools and approaches
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in global, international environment
- Great communication skills
- Change Management Professional Designation is advantageous
- Fluency in English
