Network, Video and Hardware Purchasing Assistant
For our client, a leading Swiss financial institution, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
In this challenging position you will be responsible for supporting the budgeting, purchasing, delivery and payment of all network, telephony and video products. Additionally, you will provide support to the team and coordinate vendors. Also, you will track orders and hardware delivery and provide support in budget planning.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract will run until with possible extensions.
The working languages are English and German.
For this challenging position we are searching for candidates with experience in client facing roles and in the areas of procurement, sourcing, helping clarify quotes, invoices and renewing contracts. Basic IT understanding and Office skills complete your profile.
