PLM Software Development Manager - Baden, Switzerland - PermanentOur client based in Baden, Switzerland have a permanent requirement for a PLM Software Development Manager
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the PLM Software Development Delivery Group activities in order to deliver services at the optimum level of cost and quality.
Key Duties
- Lead Delivery Group activities within the PLM applications domain
- Assume responsibility for third-level user support for product life cycle management (PLM) solutions
- Ensure the alignment between demand and resources, incl. portfolio management and capacity planning
- Manage suppliers and contribute to license management
- Secure continuous improvement
- Manage and develop the individual group members
- Collaborate with and/or participate in project teams if required
- Organize the elaboration and enforcement of SLAs/OLAs for the domain
- Ensure alignment with ASC and IS&T strategies and guiding principles
Skills
- Several years of relevant work experience especially in multi-cultural environment
- Project and supplier management background
- Team player with strong management and leadership skills
- Experience with PLM applications based on Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise and CAD applications like CATIA is advantageous
- Knowledge of the design-to-manufacture process is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or German advantageous
