ROLE
Governance Project Manager
ROLE PURPOSE, MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY'S
The following services are to be provided for supporting the Sourcing Management processes:
*Managing the orders received via the SCC order portal
*Creation and tracking of SOW's till the order process is finished and preparation of the financial reporting
*Hardware Order Management and Order Tracking according to NVS/IBM Process
*Close collaboration with the IBM Order Manager
*Close collaboration with the GIS CC
*Financial tracking and back charging with GIS Finance
*Manage the SCC Order Share Point side
*Preparation and execution of the Weekly order management meeting, preparation of the weekly order status overview
*Proactive review of capacity situations on SCC managed systems and based on outcome ordering in alignment with the Divisions
*Participate on the SCC On-Call Support
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
*Fluent in English - oral and written
*German desirable
*Several years of experience as a Service Manager, preferably in a similar role
*Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
*Team work in a challenging IT environment
*Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
*Ability to deal with variable workload
*Willingness of supporting GIS in building the new team in Prag
*Willingness of travelling
