Tasks
• Provide support to get all Network, Telephony & Video Products budgeted, purchased, delivered and paid.
• Provide support within the Network, Telephony & Video team, collaborate with other Swiss departments and coordinate vendors
• His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to the key accountabilities listed below
Main tasks/activities:
• Be the primary contact for all procurement related tasks for Network, Telephony & Video products globally (handle quotes, create PO's, track, check & process invoices).
• Order Telephony equipment in the US
• Track orders and hardware deliveries
• Review and monitor contracts
• Provide support in the budget planning process
Requirements
• Experience in customer / client facing roles
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Work with the procurement/sourcing department, providers, consultants, vendors, etc. to clarify quotes and invoices, renew contracts…
• Able to communicate on the phone, via emails
• Fluent in English and German
Technical skills
• Basic IT understanding
• MS Office Know How
• Lotus Notes advantageous
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
Soft skills
• Well organized, flexible, service oriented
• Detail and multi-task oriented
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

End Date: 1. January 2013 (option of renewable)
