Our customer, an international leading pharmaceutical company, currently needs an experienced and highly motivated IT Quality Manager. This position will be a full time contract based in Basel, starting ASAP until the end of the year with option to extend.

Your responsibilities in this role would be to ensure that quality standards are met according to requirements. You will develop and deliver trainings in order to create validation deliverables. Furthermore you will set up internal processes for the creation of CSV life cycles and establish internal and external quality standards. In addition to that you will lead Audit projects, eg Project planning, preparation of PM deliverables, Milestone overview, risk identification and decision escalation.
For this interesting position you need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Extensive experience in Quality- and Service Management in international environments
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in auditing
- Experience in international pharmaceutical environment
- Well structured thinker
- Competence to train team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex and demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong team player
