Our customer, an international leading pharmaceutical company, currently needs an experienced and highly motivated IT Quality Manager Workflow Management. This position will be a full time contract based in Basel, starting ASAP until the end of the year with option to extend. Your responsibilities in this role would be to ensure that CSV life cycle deliverables are produced and fulfil the internal and external quality standards. In addition you will support the creation of all validation deliverables and could be the responsible person for the creation of technical documents. Furthermore you are responsible to check that application inventories are created and maintained. You will be responsible for the E2E compliance and that SOPs are available, trained and being followed. You will also improve service delivery process according to ITIL and you will develop and implement service reporting on quality management relevant KPI's
For this interesting position you will need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Extensive experience in Quality- and Service Management in international environments
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Experience in international pharmaceutical environments
- Competence to train team members
- Ability to work under pressure in complex and demanding environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong team player
