Project Manager with strong experience required, to work on a project within a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland
Main Tasks:
- IT Quality Manager with QA background
- Assess internal processes for the creation of the CSV life cycle deliverables and operations records. Identify GAPs and inconsistencies across team internal processes. Establish and improve internal and external quality standards.
- Develop & execute training supporting the creation of all validation deliverables incl. writing of technical documents.
- Ensure that the IGM requirements are met
- Propose supporting tool(s) to be ready for an Audit at any time - and if possible lead implementation
- Project Lead of the audit readiness activities
- Operationally leads all project activities from planning through execution to closure
- Prepares the project management deliverables and keeps them up-to-date throughout the project delivery
- Controls that the project is delivered in quality, time and budget
- Identifies and monitors project risks and initiates corrective actions
- Controls, monitors and reports the project budget
- Identifies appropriate project team resources, agrees with the project sponsor and the system owner (if applicable) on the project team resources and manages the project team
- Escalates project changes and decisions that exceed his/her decision power to the steering committee
- Prepares decision proposals for the steering committee
Main Skills:
a) QM & QA experience:
- Experience in active performance of Audits for health authorities
- Assess current service delivery processes; propose improvements (quick wins and long term)
- Train/coach AQWA competence members to comply with the processes and to maintain the CSV life cycle documents
b) organizational:
- Strong leadership skill to be able to implement changes/re-thinking
- Finisher - ensure that the new processes are being followed.
- Structured - good planning and execution according to plan

Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 6.8.2012 to 31.12.2012 (with option for extension)
Hourly rate: negotiable, please indicate preferred hourly rate on application
