Our client, an international company based in Basel, requires an experienced Communication Manager to join one of their IT projects. This is a key role critical to the success of an important project.
This position is a contract starting ASAP until the end of the year with the option to extend.
You will be developing communication strategy/plans and deliver all aspects of communications for a major IT change program designed to deliver world class IT infrastructure. You will work with Project Leads and Service Line owners in order to identify communication needs, support and train them regarding key communication skills and develop appropriate feedback mechanisms to establish the effectiveness of communications.
For this challenging role you need:
- Documented experience as a communication manager in an international environment, working in an IT project
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent writing, presentation and marketing skills
- Team-working and an ability to work collaboratively with other partners and stakeholders
- Good technical understanding
- Fluent English, any other European language a plus
