Main Purpose of Job
My client is looking for either SAP HR functional or technical SAP consultant with very strong experience of ESS MSS. This is a new area that is being implemented within an existing project.
Ideally the candidate will have at least 3 years experience within SAP HR. Candidates must be able to carry out functional configuration and customisation.
Other skills/expertise
Provide mentor-ship to less experienced consultants
Assist in issue resolution
Specify business scenarios for testing
Perform unit, integration and acceptance testing
Prepare and conduct end user training
Provide end user support after go-live
Conduct workshops with multiple business key-user and support the design of the Talent Management solution across multiple entities

Fluent in English both written and spoken
Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues
