Project leader Automation project
For my large banking client based in Zürich Switzerland
We are currently looking for a Project leader Automation project
Location: Zürich
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with option to extend
Languages required: fluent German and English
Scope of Work:
Join This client as a highly motivated Project Leader for an automation project in a challenging IT banking environment:
- Lead and manage a small project team
- Setup and run project management office
- Understand and analyze IT Services
- Optimize existing workflows
- Eliminate unstructured processes
- Reduce workflow tools
- Define strategies under consideration of global guidelines
- Actively manage and push automation
- Report adequate on management level
- Interact and communicate global, where applicable.
- Deliver reliable and on time
Skills:
- Strong Business analysis and problem solving skills are essential
- Project management skills
- Strong experience in leading projects - at least 5 years experience as a project/line manager (preferable automation projects)
- Strong process management skills (ITIL)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills in GERMAN and ENGLISH
- Very good MS Office Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including experience in dealing across departments and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholder
- Team player
- Delivery Focused and highly motivated.
