SaaS Specialist for HR Project Support
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland
Term: 18 Months plus more extensions for another 18 months
Main Purpose of Job
The SaaS Specialist for HR Project Support focuses on:
- Continuous Improvement and renovation
- Advisory and support for the GLOBE HR SaaS applications
Main Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement
- Propose and lead small renovation projects
- Renovate/redesign existing processes
- Improve Ways of working in all areas: Design, Build, Deployment, Support, Change Management, Knowledge
Advisory and support
- Benchmark/Analyze processes and translate them into application functionalities
- Advice on design/build activities and best practices for new functionalities
- Provide 3rd level of support (Technical & Functional) for the TPMS Application: Software as a Service applications (powered by SuccessFactors);
Key Skills (S = Standard, D = Developed, H/D = Highly Developed)

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years international work experience on global SaaS Applications support and/or projects
- Previous experience with our team
