On behalf of our client, a major bank nased in Switzerland, Nicoll Curtin require a Test Manager with experience with record/document management and a background within the financial services for a 5 month contract position based in Zurich.The role:
This area of the organisation is currently undergoing a global communication data archival solution rollout, the main objective of the project is to providea solution that stores the data across all communication data streams eg; email, chat, fax, LYNC, SMS etc. The solution needs also to enable discoverability of the data for the purposes of legal enquiries and litigation support.
Your tasks will include:
- Test script creation
- Test execution and reporting defects
- Planning and execution of system testing
- Planning and coordination of non-functional testing
- Planning and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Extensive testing experience - test planning, test execution ets.
- Experience of messaging systems and applications
- Records management experience
- Experience of using quality centre
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
