ROLE PURPOSE, MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY'S
The following services are to be provided for supporting the project roll-out:
* Installation of the various SAP Products according to the SAP Reference Architecture
* SAP Basis Operation for all delivered components
* Close collaboration with the customer
* Timely delivering of required components according to the project schedule
* Ensure compliance in all aspects of the delivered services
Experience
Graduate or equivalence experience
3 years of experience in support and/or installations of networking/security environments
Proven working experience in IT systems administration/support/configuration.
Knowledge on Operating System (Unix/Linux/Windows) and OS Security principle
Proficient in French & English.
Strong ability to work in a team, to report and to work under pressure
Good Communication skills and Customer Oriented
Cisco CCNA Certification is a plus
Rigorous and ambitious
Strong knowledge of Firewall/Antivirus/Antispam/Mailrelay solutions/SSL Gateways/DNS/Load balancing/Switching
Knowledge of WAN optimisation solutions is a plus
