Beschreibung
Our client is looking for an expert in Software as a Service (SaaS) HR applications, and the successfactors software in particular. Candidates should have experience of implementation/configuration of similar softwares in multi-national settings, and be fully competent in the design, build, configuration, and sustain of SaaS applications.
Responsibilities will include:
For Software as a Service applications (powered by SuccessFactors);
Continuous Improvement
- Propose and lead small renovation projects
- Renovate/redesign existing processes
- Improve Ways of working in all areas: Design, Build, Deployment, Support, Change Management, Knowledge
Advisory and support
- Benchmark/Analyse processes and translate them into application functionalities
- Advice on design/build activities and best practices for new functionalities
- Provide 3rd level of support (Technical & Functional) for the talent and performance management application
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of implementation/configuration of SaaS applications in multi-national settings
- Technical skills in SaaS applications
- Process Analysis Skills
- Understanding of business processes within SaaS Apps
- Project Management experience
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple models that can be easily understood by other team members
- Experience with successfactors software would be a distinct advantage
The working language for this contract is English. The contract is offered for 6 months in the first instance, with the possibility of renewal at the end of the year.
