Engineer Required for HP BTO Suite.
Our client is conducting the outtasking of the administration of an HP BTO suite.
We require Engineers with a deep knowledge of the listed products. The engineers should be responsible for the products and make suggestions how to improve the actual installation/configuration. Please be aware that the named tasks are only examples.
HP Operations Manager for Windows
- Senior knowledge of HP Operations 8.x/9.x for Windows
- Implementation of new systems
- Implementation of new Monitoring-Requirements
- Policy-Management
- Improvement of the Message quality (reducing, correlation, severity)
- SPI Management (SPI for Active Directory, Exchange, DB, System Infrastructure)
- Troubleshooting
- System Maintenance (MOM configuration, patchmanagement, implemeting new releases, agent-updates)
- Maintenance of the Alerting-Interface
- Skripting knowledge of VBScript/Perl
SiteScope
- Fix-Management
- Standard Monitoring (URL, DNS, LDAP, etc.)
- Develop script monitors
Network Node Manager
- Node Management
Other areas will include Editing, troubleshooting and Documenting.
This is an excellent role and will provide excellent opportunities for extension. Ideally the candidate should be able to speak German.
