Our client is currently looking for a 3rd line support analyst covering both technical and functional areas for the Talent Management Management System SuccessFactors.
The successful candidate will work on small renovation projects working on the redesign of existing processes in order to improve the ways of working in the areas of design, build, deployment, support and change management.
You will benchmark and analyse processes, translating them into application functionalities as well as give advice on best practice.
Experience of working with Software as a Service applications is essential and a strong understanding of SuccessFactors will be key for this position.
