Service Delivery Manager - IT Network/Service Provider Management - This is an exciting new opportunity for and experienced SD Manager with strong Vendor and Incident Management skills.
Responsibilities:- Management of services and projects (in close cooperation with service provider's service level manager)
- Monitor and control performance of services (in close cooperation with service provider customer service manager)
- Determine process gaps and implement process improvements where necessary
- Review of incidents, problems, changes
- Improve implemented control mechanisms for SLAs
- Experience in an outsourced environment
- Incident and Problem management skills
- Contract and SLA management experience
- Basic Network knowledge
- Good communication skills
