Aufgabe/Task:
Leading a software team in a software development project or sub-project. Responsible for the design, implementation and testing of software projects and solutions developed in an interdisciplinary team. Planning, monotoring and reporting of software projects or sub-projects with the interface to other disciplines (IT, Quality/Regulatory, PB) required for a solution. Leading a team of software project leaders in software development projects or sub-projects ( approx. 30 SW Developers and an external Turn-Key-Project). Interface and coordination between the different software teams across multiple locations and other teams of the projekt.
Dazu gehört unter anderem/this includes, among other things:
-Estimation and planning of a software project and required resources for the software development
-Leading the design and implementation of computer software according to the company's development processes in a team. Guidance and construction of design documentation required by the development processes. Managing of a software project for liquidhandling and robotic or a software project as part of a liquid handling and/or robotic solution.
-Managing the implementation and execution of unit tests, integration tests, code reviews and support of system test, technical writing.
-Communicates the status of the overall SW development to the customer
-Work in project teams with engineers of other skill groups to develop solutions for the PB.
-Manage and coordinate external resources and other disciplines required in a project or necessary for a successful design and development of a liquid handling and robotic solution
-Participate in the evaluation and selection of tools, mehtods with the skillgroup leader
Verantworlichkeiten/Responsibilities:
-for the quality of his/her own work and the output of the team.
-for the planning and monitoring of a software projects and the achievement of the overall project goals
-for compliance with the company's guidlines and prosesses of the produced output of the team
-for the integration of developed software solution or component into the solution
-As a senior software project leader, the employee reports to the Head of Project Management
Anforderungen:
Must:
*Ingenieurausbildung, Hochschule oder Fachhochschule auf dem Gebiet Mechanik, Elektronik, Software Engineering oder gleichwertig
*Mind. 5-jährige, erfolgreiche Tätigkeit als SW-Projektleiter
*Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als SW Entwickler im OO-Umfeld
*Erfahrung im Führen einer SW Entwicklung inkl. Testing und Dokumentation
*Erfahrung im Führen von verschiedenen Sub-Teams
*Erfahrung im Automations-, Robotik- oder Aviationbereich
*sehr guter Kommunikator
*gute Kenntnisse im .NET Umfeld (C#, WPF, usw.)
Start: ab sofort
Dauer: Freiberuflich: Mitte 2013+
Try&Hire: Bis Ende Jahr 2012 im Stundenlohn, danach Festanstellung beim Kunden.
Ort: Zürich - Ost, 100% vor Ort
Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch (beide Sprachen mind. sehr gut)
