Junior Quantitative Analyst-Degree, C++, C#, Commodoties, ExcelA Junior Quantitative Analyst is sought to permanently join a major financial services provider based in Geneva, Switzerland. You will be supporting trading and developing trading and risk management tools within the front office.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining and supporting a commodity trading tool (C, C++, Excel, C#)
- Developing various trading tools (Excel, C++)
- Developing and maintaining various overnight processes (Risk management, historical analysis C#)
Skills needed:
- Strong interest/awareness in markets isessential
- Degree in Maths, Science, Economics,Computer Science or any related discipline
- Some programming skills and experience with: C++ / C#
- Work experience in commodities or exposure to the commodity field would be beneficial.
- Practical work experience with Excel
- Work experience within the finance industry through relevant professional experience
- Experience with work in a live production environment
- French would be advantageous
