Tasks & Duties
a) Act as single point of contact for Lawful Interception on engineering tasks.
b) System owner of Lawful Interception Mediation Administration and Gateway Function.
c) Coordination of related activities with Core/Access- as well as IT-specialists/engineers.
d) Analysis of LI requirements and break down into technical solutions, implementation control (planning, design, ordering, testing, release of the solution).
e) Ensure further development as well as capacity, performance and life cycle management.
f) Technical project management and project support, operational support (eg troubleshooting of critical/emergency faults, review of operational guidelines).
Requirements
Education:
Degree in engineering/information technology (focus on telecommunication and Internet) or similar. Good understanding of mobile and fixed communication (voice, messaging) and Internet services (access, E-Mail etc.).
Practical experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience on Lawful Interception systems and solutions (relevant European and Swiss standards, external and internal system interfaces, industry solutions, generic LI capabilities of core/access/Internet systems)
