For our customer, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for a
Project Management Officer
Your responsibility:
- Manage the change requests and integrate impacts into plans
- Plan for execution of all engineering and non-engineering activities within the project by using previous best practices from organizations process asset library
- Identify and manage risks to the project
- Plan and optimize utilization of allocated project resources
- Run project status meetings, monitor project progress on regular basis and communicate the project status report to all stakeholders
- Provide support to the sub department head in the day-to-day management activities of the sub-department
- Facilities planning and issues management in conjunction with relevant site teams
- Event planning and other management support
- Coordinate and provide office and administrative support to individuals or groups
- Working with Human Resources to facilitate human capital management processes
Requirements:
- Client Reporting Domain know how
- PMI certificate
- Project experience within a bank
- MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent English and good German language skills
