For our customer, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for a

Project Management Officer

Your responsibility:

  • Manage the change requests and integrate impacts into plans
  • Plan for execution of all engineering and non-engineering activities within the project by using previous best practices from organizations process asset library
  • Identify and manage risks to the project
  • Plan and optimize utilization of allocated project resources
  • Run project status meetings, monitor project progress on regular basis and communicate the project status report to all stakeholders
  • Provide support to the sub department head in the day-to-day management activities of the sub-department
  • Facilities planning and issues management in conjunction with relevant site teams
  • Event planning and other management support
  • Coordinate and provide office and administrative support to individuals or groups
  • Working with Human Resources to facilitate human capital management processes

Requirements:

  • Client Reporting Domain know how
  • PMI certificate
  • Project experience within a bank
  • MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent English and good German language skills
