Project Support Officer/PMO/Co-ordinator- Our client, a major Financial Services company, is currently looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator with a strong Banking or Insurance business background.

As a Project Support Officer you will be responsible for:
  • Programme administration
  • Budgetary reporting
  • Onboarding of externals
  • Programme diary organisation and internal communication
  • Updating and reviewing project documentation
  • Minuting meetings
  • Staff planning and tracking
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills/experience:
  • Understanding of the Project life cycle
  • 3+ years experience as a PMO on IT/Finance projects
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent project planning and controlling skills
  • Fluent English is a must
  • German language skills is desirable
