Project Support Officer/PMO/Co-ordinator- Our client, a major Financial Services company, is currently looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator with a strong Banking or Insurance business background.
As a Project Support Officer you will be responsible for:- Programme administration
- Budgetary reporting
- Onboarding of externals
- Programme diary organisation and internal communication
- Updating and reviewing project documentation
- Minuting meetings
- Staff planning and tracking
- Understanding of the Project life cycle
- 3+ years experience as a PMO on IT/Finance projects
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent project planning and controlling skills
- Fluent English is a must
- German language skills is desirable
