Project Manager Management Information Systems (MIS) SENIOR BANKING - German Speaking - Zurich Switzerland
One of the leading Investment Banks in Zurich Switzerland is urgently searching for a Senior Project Manager with experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) to start July 1st 2012 for a 1 year Project.
Requirements for the MIS Project Manager:
- 10 years+ of IT Project Management experience
- 10 years of experience in the banking
- Good knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and MI reporting
Proven project delivery track record
- Proactive and flexible personality, ability to work well under pressure
- Level of education required MBA, MSC, BSc
- Project management certification required for example IPMA, PMP, PMI
Fluent written and spoken German (ideally Swiss-German) and English skills required
Main tasks for the MIS Project Manager:
- Supporting the long-term success of high quality IT-wide project management services for strategic business and IT initiatives. These include Conceptual Design, Counselling, Business Modelling, Organizational Transformation (structural and procedural analysis/design of organizations, etc.), and conduct due diligence on M&A/Divestiture activities.
- Actively support the CIO and regional heads in IT transformation projects by providing comprehensive and efficient project leadership work based on best practices
- Lead cross departmental IT Programs and Projects in an international environment
- Ensure flawless and timely delivery of agreed project deliveries and consulting mandates.
- Build and maintain trust-based and professional relationships with the most senior IT leadership team, act as sparring partner for IT management
- Stakeholder management
