For one of our clients, a leading bank located in Zurich, Swisslinx is urgently looking for a Project Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide an integrated/prioritized migration plan for the DTP rollout (XP to Win7) per business division and region
- Identification of critical dependencies across all regions and business divisions (F2B) for an adequate rollout planning (timing and sequencing)
- Understand and rationalize the project plans of all DTP Streams/LoBs and the impact on an overall rollout plan incl. identification and tracking of application, infrastructure and process readiness per business division and region
- Interview major stakeholder groups and subject matter experts, hold meetings of impacted groups to determine issues related to the migration
- Manage metrics/KPIs, status reporting, risks, issues and actions follow-up to meet project objectives and timelines
- Support the DTP Migration stream head in driving the group decisions about the migration strategy and planning process taking internal/external dependencies of other DTP streams into account
In order to be considered for this role, you will require the following:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical ideas, document reports and procedures, including the ability to communication with people from all levels of the organization
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Strong customer focus and experience of working for highly demanding customers in a high-pressure environment
- Professional behavior, driven & committed team player
- Experience in the following products: Office 2010, Project 2010, SharePoint
This is an initial 6 months contract to start ASAP at a 100% and with possibility of extension.
