Intapeople are working with a managed service organisation, providing data centre operational support to major global corporate clients. We are looking for a data centre professional to join an existing team covering support of clients data centre activities.
Responsibilities
-Manage the media and asset base of the customers IT systems.
-Loading tapes within agreed SLA's
-Answering telephones on helpdesk
-Supervise machines/Servers/terminals.
-Change storage tapes
-Install Servers/load racks
-Troubleshoot
Requirements
-2 years Data Centre operations experience
-Essential candidates are Fluent German speaking
-Flexible and responsive to business demands.
-Able to work unsupervised and to follow shift work-sheet.
-Personable with good communication skills

-Ideally CCNA certified
