Our client, a science-based products and services company, is looking for a PMO Analyst for a 12 month assignment at their European Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
The successful candidate will assist in the gathering and analysis of employee and organizational data including analysis of organization structures, staffing processes, demographics, staffing costing models, etc. including suggesting appropriate analysis and management presentation formats. The purpose will be to support the HR Leadership team with process and meeting design, and execution of the needed activities to meet the tasks/objectives set by senior leadership. Also, suggesting methodologies to support the tasks to be performed and prepare data as requested, including presentation formats.
The candidate must have experience in project management, change programs, process design and meeting/workshop design. Experience in data management and analysis is also required, as well as Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel, Powerpoint and Project. Good communication skills with English is essential.
