PMO Senior German Speaker - BANKING - ZURICH SWITZERLANDOur client, a leading financial institution is searching for a senior German Speaking PMO to join and support one of their growing teams within the Private Bank.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 6 months +
Rate: CHF 800
Must haves:
- 3+ years IT Project Management Office/Project Management experience in the finance industry
- In depth knowledge of key Project Management Processes, methodologies and standards
- Have the ability to coordinate meetings, workshops and tasks efficiently.
- High Commitment, drive, energy and eagerness to deliver FATCA together with a high performing team
- Structured, independent and result driven way of working
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Fluency in German and English skills
- Project Management Certifications eg Prince2 or PMI Certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Project Manager with regards to all his deliverables including budget, time and scope.
- Organising meetings and all administrative and project tasks.
- Milestone tracking, status reporting, senior stakeholder management, communication, budgeting, controlling, ris and issue management, etc
- Take over milestones in PM such as definition of the organisation, pricing, clean-up concept for international locations etc
