The job of the Support Pack Testing Coordinator is to:- Define and manage the testing approach and organisation for the annual support pack application
- Manage the timely preparation (scoping, Scripting, data preparation and Solution manager set up)
- Ensure timely execution and issue resolution of the global and regional test cycles
Responsibilities include:
- Daily/weekly reporting of test completion progress to impacted teams & management
- Drive defect management through to completion, ie resolve all test script failures
- Analysis, maintenance and distribution of results and reports to management
- Broad knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
- Testing Management, procedures and tools (Solution Manager)
- Experience in setting up and managing centralised as well as local testing teams (international project)
- Experience in managing on-/off-shore testing teams
- Good Cross-functional/integration knowledge and understanding of business processes
- Experience in big global SAP implementation or similar
