We are looking for our client for a CB BA in the area of Zurich:Technical Skills:
- Creating of business specifications and business case (Business Analysis)
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office products
- Technical affinity is expected
- Analysis and Assessment of business requirements and processes.Knowledge in Rational Unified Process is a plus
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Specify in use-cases
Business skills:
- Minimum 3 years related business analyst
- Experience in the financial service industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Structured and systematic approach
- Ability to work through complex problem sets
- leads and coordinates business requirements elicitation by outlining and delimiting the organization - being modeled
- ability to absorb and understand new information quickly
- Clear verbal and written communication, in English.
- Knowledge in German language is a plus
- Knowledge in Marketing and Sales processes
Soft skills:
- Able to act as independent person and also as a team player
- Good communicator and presenter
