Required skills:
* VoIP:
- knowledge of Cisco Call Manager SIP configuration and technology: 2 to 5 years maximum of hands on experience
- knowledge of Cisco ISDN Router configuration and technology: 2 to 5 years maximum of hands on experience
* Networking:
- Knowledge of Cisco commands and technology: 2 to 5 years maximum of hands on experience
- Medium to Large Cisco LAN environment: Platform: 35xx, 65xx - Technologies: 802.1Q, LACP, RSTP.
Task description:
- Integrate the Operational team (Business As Usual)
- Follow the procedure in place, adapted to our banking environment
- Follow the guidance and recommendations of the Senior of the team
- ToIP: Troubleshoot ToIP L2/L3 incidents
- ToIP: Add/remove users
- ToIP: Adapte Call policy
- ToIP: Ensure the service availability of the Cisco Call Manager & VoIP Gateway
- Implement LAN services (cabling, port, VLANS, trunking, portchannel) in large environment (hundreds of Switches)
- Troubleshoot the LAN services at Level2
- Analyses the logs
- Perfrom IOS upgrade when required (performance and/or compliance issues)
- Document and close all assigned tickets on time
- Be on picket one week per month in average
- Be a team player,
- Seek a fair level of autonomy
Nice to have skills:
- Networking: CCNA
- Unix: User level
Level of studies:
Bsc; Required: IT Related: Networking or Telecommunication or Security
Msc: Optional: IT Related: Networking or Telecommunication or Security
Languages: French - (Fluent - the local team is French speaking)/English - (optional)
