The clients skills requirements are, Implementation of HR payroll and HR services to an external outsourced company HR payroll and HR services in Switzerland (5 sites).
Need for local Payroll knowledge.
Technical skills
PM skills is key
PM training/certification
High level functional knowledge of SAP HR modules
Personal skills
Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. PM expertise at senior level is key
Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work);
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills;
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must;
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines; Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;
- Additional PMI certification is a plus; Language proficiencies:
-English and German spoken and written;
- Dutch is a plus
