Beschreibung
Main responsibilities:
- Checking all cosmetics, medical devices and commodities (ca 350 products) are marketable in Switzerland (labels, packaging, leaflets and formulas).
- For newly developed products or packaging, make sure that all Swiss requirements are implemented and that the product is in compliance with the Swiss regulations.
- Check and release external communication such as Internet pages, advertising, sales folders, newsletters etc.
- Preparing statements for consumers, sales force, consumer magazines, and organisations, NGOs in close cooperation with the European colleagues.
- Representing company towards the administrations (Bundesamt für Gesundheit/Health ministry, Kantonales Labor/cantonal laboratory, Swissmedic) and our trade association (SKW Schweizerischer Kosmetik- und Waschmittelverband/the Swiss cosmetic and detergent association).
- Presentations and trainings of the employees in different areas to:
- ensure that all processes are known, trained and followed
- introduce and train employees on Swiss legislation
- Reports to Head of Regulatory Affairs
Your profile:
- Scientific background
- Fluent in German and French
- Good English knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work independently
- Diligent workstyle with attention to detail
- Good team player
- Good communication skill
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
