Job: Service Level Manager Specialist
Purpose:
Our client is looking for an Service Level Manager Specialist in order to assume the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the service based classification
- Maintain and support the service catalog management process
- Contribute to building and facilitating the company service level management
- Continuously improving existing documents and processes
- Supporting service level management operations
- Support the global service functional owner community
- Provide training to the community and ensure compliance with Best Practice
Profile:
- At least 1 year or more experience as service manager
- Experience in a large scale local or global organisation
- Flexibility with working hours to best serve our business partners
- Strong team player who can work with both a local and large view
- Languages: French and English mandatory
