Personal Assistant, Admin Pool (m/f)
Environment/Project Description:
The Administration and PA works for most IT structures in the surrounding of Zurich. The team consists of an internal team lead and externally trained resources Task and Responsibilities:
Invoice processing Monitor and ensure quality of time reporting Contract management ie on-boadring, renewal, filing HRi Business Management Space management and moves organization Management support eg travel, events organization Visa statement processing Ad hoc tasks supporting the IT staff Required Experience/Skills:
