For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a

Personal Assistant, Admin Pool (m/f)

Environment/Project Description:

  • The Administration and PA works for most IT structures in the surrounding of Zurich. The team consists of an internal team lead and externally trained resources

    Task and Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing
  • Monitor and ensure quality of time reporting
  • Contract management ie on-boadring, renewal, filing
  • HRi Business Management
  • Space management and moves organization
  • Management support eg travel, events organization
  • Visa statement processing
  • Ad hoc tasks supporting the IT staff

    Required Experience/Skills:

  • Commercial Business School or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamplayer
  • Highly proactive
  • Fluent English and German
