Front Office NOC engineer:
I am currently working on filling a requirement in Switzerland, for a NOC engineer. Due to the fact this role is in Switzerland we are looking for EU nationals only - IF YOU DO NOT HOLD A EU PASSPORT OR SWITZERLAND WORK PERMIT YOU WILL NOT GET A REPLY.
The role;
You will be working as a front line support (RAN/NOC) engineer, monitoring the network, making sure any alarms are dealt with promptly finding the cause and troubleshooting. If necessary you will create a trouble ticket and escalate to second line support.
Mandatory requirements;
Right to work in Switzerland (EU/swizz work permit (already in place we can't wait for work permits to be issued)
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a NOC environment.
experience with trouble ticketing (escalating)
experience with troubleshooting
