Project environment:Develop ServiceNow module Get Support & My Tickets for the end user Portal Assist with
components to open an incident ticket or a service request, view existing tickets and
follow up on these. UI design according Assist layout.
Tasks:
• Additional resources needed to help build existing Drupal module on ServiceNow, which
is due by end of October 2012
• ServiceNow module Get Support & My Tickets
Requirements:
• ServiceNow frontend development, site building experience
• ServiceNow backend development (CMDB) know how
• Active cooperation to transform the technical requirements into the build
• English and German language
• Experience in usability and user guidance
• Communicative person who works conscientiously on own initiative
• Teamwork
