- ServiceNow Back End development (CMDB) know how
- Active cooperation to transform the technical requirements into the build
- English and (German language would be very advantageous)

Project description:
Develop ServiceNow module Get Support & My Tickets for the end user Portal Assist with components to open an incident ticket or a service request, view existing tickets and follow up on these. UI design according to Assist layout.
Deliverables:
ServiceNow module Get Support & My Tickets A ServiceNow developer is required to build a new module on an existing Drupal module. This is a Frontend development role but good understanding of Back End development would be advantageous.
As a ServiceNow web developer you will have good knowledge of ServiceNow administration and content management. You will be responsible for transforming the technical requirements into building the website.
