Our client, an international insurance company, is currently looking for an experienced and motivated underwriting Project Manager
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Planning, leading, organising, communicating and controlling the Project activity
- Hands on leadership of the Project Team with resources based in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and UK
- Develop Project Plans, including definition of objectives, quality criteria and metrics documented through Project Management Plan
- Execute the plan, working closely with the local team and local country resources
- Identify extensions to the requirements to keep project scope well controlled
- Report regularly to project stakeholders on progress, issues, risks etc.
For this role, we require:
- 10 years project management experience working on or leading projects operating outside of the local country eg regional or global
- Professional qualified Project manager eg PMI
- Experience working in General Insurance business & IT
- Demonstrates proactive, governance and leadership behaviors
- Note that for this project the start date is within the next four weeks. It is a three month project (Phase1). Upon successful completion of Phase 1, there is a possibility for extension.
- You should be fluent in English, German is an advantage, but not necessary.
