ServiceNow Developer

A senior SeviceNow Developer is sought to join a major investment bank based in Switzerland. You will develop the ServiceNow module Get Support & My Tickets for the end user Portal Assist with components to open an incident ticket or a service request, view existing tickets and follow up on these. UI design according Assist layout.

Required experience/Skills:

- ServiceNow frontend development, site building experience

- ServiceNow backend development know how

- Active cooperation to transform the technical requirements into the build

- English and German language

- Experience in usability and user guidance
