From short term projects to global transformations, we have been the agency of choice for leading European companies for the last 10 years. Currently I am searching for one of my multinational clients an experienced Training/Change Manager for a global IT transformation programme. The role involves analysing and recommending appropriate learning solutions, designing and supporting the development of an integrated Training and Change program. Thereafter orchestrating the implementation, including the development and transfer of training materials and knowledge from HQ to local sites; communicating and managing stakeholders, change managers, local trainers and key end users. Train the trainers experience is a bonus but not essential. The successful candidate must have deep knowledge in learning and change projects, proven track record designing and facilitaing learning programmes on a regional/global level. Experience in SAP or on Production & Supply projects is a distinct advantage.
