Tasks:
- Manage the change requests and integrate impacts into plans
- Ensure adherence to project management standards
- Plan for execution of all engineering and non engineering activities within the project by using previous best practises from organization's process asset library
- Identify and manage risks to the project
- Identify and manage issues, ownership and resolutions
- Plan and optimise utilisation of allocated project resources
- Appraisal of project resources with PPR (project performance review)
- Manage dependencies with other teams and stakeholders
- Run project status meetings, monitor project progress on regular basis and communicate the project status report to all stakeholders
- Manage project quality and ensure quality and consistency of all deliverables and ensure appropriate sign off of deliverables
- Contribute best practises, lessons learnt and measurement data from project to organisation's process asset library
- Providing support for financial tracking (budget and actual),
- Change request management, tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting stakeholder and business client management (status reporting) interactions as well as general logistical, process, toolset and administrative support for the IT Project and Program Manager
Special Skills/Know-How in:
- Banking/Financials and within the Client Reporting Domain
- PMI certificate (or similar) a big plus
- Good knowledge in: MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- You have: Very good English Language skills. You are a team player, structured and organised.
