Responsibilities

  • Lead customer loyalty marketing projects- inception, execution.
  • Closely work with external marketing partners - marketing via email, website, direct mail etc
  • Enhance customer experience, provide innovative ideas to keep on top of the market
  • Create briefings for online and email marketing.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across internal or external teams.
  • Champion the customer experience with a holistic view, negotiating with internal stakeholders to manage the range of communications targeted at the customer base.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in electronic marketing.
  • Experience in designing and leading campaigns - creating prototypes and sketches.
  • Knowledge in segmentation and targeting logics as well as collection of data-driven insights
  • Strong motivation to work in E-commerce in an international environment.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with data analytical tool is a plus
