Responsibilities
- Lead customer loyalty marketing projects- inception, execution.
- Closely work with external marketing partners - marketing via email, website, direct mail etc
- Enhance customer experience, provide innovative ideas to keep on top of the market
- Create briefings for online and email marketing.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across internal or external teams.
- Champion the customer experience with a holistic view, negotiating with internal stakeholders to manage the range of communications targeted at the customer base.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in electronic marketing.
- Experience in designing and leading campaigns - creating prototypes and sketches.
- Knowledge in segmentation and targeting logics as well as collection of data-driven insights
- Strong motivation to work in E-commerce in an international environment.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience with data analytical tool is a plus
