For one of our prestigious clients here in Geneva, we qre looking for a senior Webfolio Business Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Analysis : business analysis; process definition & documentation; detailed functional analysis (including on system interfaces); writing detailed specifications; potentially specifying vendor deliverables; system configuration; data migration support.
Testing & validation : testing of deliverables; organisation of user testing; validation
Training, user assistance & support
Communication with front and Middle Office, Risk and Client Reporting teams
Close relationship with developers: ensure specifications are correctly understood; discuss implementation options; ensure deliverables are properly developed in due time.
Potentially some project management related activities
Follow proprietary project life cycle/methodology
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role
Excellent knowledge of Alternative investments including experience working on Funds of Hedge Funds
Proven Webfolio expertise, including hands-on knowledge of the platform
Ability to discuss with front/Middle Office personel to formalise business requirements
Structured testing
Project management experience is a plus
Focused on deadlines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
