Functional Project Manager -

MBA Switzerland is currently looking for a Functional Project Manager for a 6 months contract. This position based near Lausanne is a great opportunity for a major and international well-known company.

Your mission will be:

- Collect, design, and formulate functional requirements into solutions. The key area is related to the Sharepoint 2010 Intranet, which involved regular reviews, iterative requirements gathering and progressing together with the development team. Additional B2E tools and solutions will be progressed in parallel, requiring the same level of stakeholder review and functional design.
- Deliver best in class development specifications and clear, concise functional requirements
- Understand the full range of features in Sharepoint 2010 to provide an informed advice towards developments and to better scope requirements.
- Participate in business requirements sessions providing skilled inputs to leverage out of the box functionalities versus custom development.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Define functional specifications, in alignment with business stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project timelines through regular monitoring and tracking of deliverables.
- Plan, coordinate and manage projects
- Perform change and risk management
- Ensure active and open communication with stakeholders
- Mange external partners on a regular basis during the projects
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specification
- Innovation - evolve solutions by being open to new technologies within the vertical
- Provide functional support business partners to sustain and leverage solutions (3rd level support)
- Adapt processes to innovation

Your skills and know-how:

- Deep expertise/experience in SharePoint 2010 design/User facing features
- Manage the end-to-end from a concept to delivery of a solution
- Experience in developing projects following a methodology within a team
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues
- Experience in Internet facing solutions
- Solid multi-tasking and prioritization capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of the development processes
- Solid understanding of digital within the Employee enablement domain

Your knowledge:

- SharePoint 2010
- Employee applications, eg webinars, live meetings, survey tools
- SCRUM Methodology is a plus
- SAP experience is a plus
